Head from the barrens over to the Scablands. It is best to be on your Sparrow to avoid getting into extra fights. This is the final story mission and it is a tough one. Deal with whatever you want in the Scablands. It is good place to stock up on ammo if anything is low. When you are ready, head for the Valley of the Kings. The conflict will truly begin there.
