There is 1 Dead Ghosts to be found in the Headlands. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Turn to the left from the starting point and go over to the area with the pools of liquid. There is one large one with 3 deep areas:
Head over to this pool and go to the back of it. Turn around and look behind the rock formations to find this Dead Ghost
