You need to earn the Machine Lord Medal 15 times competing in the Iron Banner Playlist.
This medal is earned by killing 3 enemies with a Machine Gun without switching weapons or reloading. As this is a Heavy Weapon, you need to be very precise. Control matches are very useful as people will gather at the different zones. Be sure to have some good cover or to be getting the drop on your foes.
