This Cabal Soldier is a walking tank. Even the basic versions are very deadly because of their high firepower and toughness. They are thankfully slow though.
They also have a stomp attack. This knocks any opponents nearby them a good distance back. They additionally possess a rocket launcher that they have on their back.
