“Infiltrate the bunker” is an objective in the mission The Promethean Code in Destiny: The Taken King
Walkthrough[edit]
As you head down the hallway, you have a lot of Taken to deal with. Mostly Taken Fallen: Taken Captain, Taken Vandal and Taken Thralls.
Keep close to the entrance to the Seraphim Vault. This leads give you a lot of cover from the Taken Fallen and lets the Taken Thralls come charging. This also gives vital protection against the Taken Captains and the blinding attack. An Area of Effect super can be very useful to quickly clear out the Taken in this area.
Head into the next room and pass through it to reach Bunker War-4. Go inside and you have some Taken to deal with. You have more Taken Psions and a Centurion. Defeat them and head on through after that. This leads into the Mine.
Entering into the Mine you have another group of Taken Cabal. There is a Taken Centurion and even more Taken Psions.
