There is 1 Dead Ghost to be found in Iron Line. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Head toward the massive gate. This can be either green or red, depending on whether you've triggered the alarm in the area. Head up the gate and turn to the left. Jump up onto the blue piping just to the left of it. From there you will need to make the jump up onto the top of the gate.
Once on top of the gate, head over to the center of the gate. Turn as you approach middle and look out toward the support pillar behind you. The Dead Ghost sits on the platform that is nearby it. Just a bit above it and to the left:
If you're less than certain about making the top platform, jump over to the pillar and its platform. From there you can easily make the jump over to the higher platform.
