There are 2 Dead Ghosts to be found in the Ishtar Commons. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Once inside the Ishtar Commons head out of the dome building. Just outside it you will see a Red Tarp. Head over to it.
Once you are underneath it, look to the left. On the overhang you will spot the Dead Ghost.
Ghost 2[edit]
Leave the Domed building inside Ishtar Commons and immediately turn to the right. Follow the dirt path over to the left. Head into the Entryway for the building:
Head for far elevator on the left.
Head into it and look to the ground to the left. You will spot the Dead Ghost
