“Kill Omnigul” is an objective in the mission Will of Crota in Destiny/Destiny: The Dark Below
Walkthrough[edit]
Head around the corner and into the next room. Remember this corridor as it works as a safe haven to recover from the onslaught loosed by Omnigul. There is only a concern of some Cursed Thralls spawning in this area. Just be sure to listen for them. When you do, jump onto the ledge above for some protection to deal with them.
As the fight starts you have a number of Knights and Acolytes attacking your fire team. Stay in this corridor and take them out from its relative safety. When you have carved out some space to work with, begin attacking Omnigul. She will be over the stairs and catwalk in the middle of the room. Coordinate with the rest of your team to take down her shield Once it is down, have a Titan or Hunter move in on her and start directly attacking her. When she next screeches, retreat to the hallway. She is calling in a massive number of reinforcements.
Back in the hallway, fight off the reinforcements. This cuts down on your raw concern for the sheer damage Omnigul and the other Wizards can inflict on the party. Be sure that your team is looking out both entrance to the hallway to get the Hive that are coming after you. it is very likely you will need to deal with Hallowed Thralls that are cursed in this time. Keep your ears open for their sounds. lear them and then hold your position in the hallway.
Once again, defeat most of the forces around the hallway. This will give you a way to attack Omnigul again. take your time on this to ensure that your team is safe. If you see any major grouping it is a good time to loose your Heavy weapons on them. Once you clear the Wizards and other forces out, spread out and assault Omnigul again. You can get her fairly low before you hear another screech and you'll want to retreat to the hallway.
Once again, clear out what few adds there are this time. After that, quickly focus on Omnigul. This time you have more Acolytes, Knights and Wizards. There is at least one Hallowed Wizard and Hallowed Knight in this group. There are still a few Thralls but not as manage as before. After that, focus on Omnigul one last time. Unload everything on her to finish this fight.
