Lokaar will teleport around to various locations in the Court of Oryx.
Lokaar is a Teleporting Hive Wizard. Each time she teleports, her shield will become a different element. She can be held in a location by inflicting enough damage for a brief stun.
To win this battle, it helps to have at at least 2 of the 3 elemental types of weapons.
