Walkthrough[edit]
You need to complete 3 Public Events while wearing the Tiger Mask and collect 10 engrams (any rarity) while wearing the Cryptarch Mask.

For the public events, it can be triggered ones like in Archon's Forge or Court of Oryx. This can make very short work of the objectives.

The Cryptarch Mask must be equipped for the engram collection to count toward the goal. Engrams drop frequently now, just watch out for them. Completing the public events will easily yield the total you are after with some running through after the event.
