This takes some good work and coordination. There is a surprising degree of luck as well, if you are not on a team. Everyone needs to finish the event before the main timer runs out. This largely means just keeping everyone alive. Just keep running around the area and try to find a Public Event. These occur with fair frequency per hour. Just look around and find where they are happening. After that just be there for the beginning of the next one.
