There is 1 Dead Ghost to be found in Plaguelands Cosmodrome. They can be collected during any patrol or mission. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
This Dead Ghost can easily be found during the Plaguelands mission or by doing a Plaguelands patrol and making your way out to this point. From either direct, head toward the Ketch which has appeared outside the Wall.
Proceed toward the Ketch itself, up the small mound just before it. Look into the top car on the right. You will see the Dead Ghost sitting inside the car.
