This is a massive Minotaur. It can move around with some good speed. It is capable of generating a Shockwave which can throw the Guardian a good distance and inflict high damage. It can summon a number of Minotaurs, Goblins and Hobgoblins to help protect itself.
Like any other Vex, its weak point is the white light in the middle of its torso. Keep some distance and use the edges of the arena to your advantage. Just attack from behind the ramp to keep most of the fire it can throw at you away. Just duck down behind the edge of the ramp when you need to cover. As this one moves around the most, you need to keep moving to deal with it and avoid your own defeat.
