Queen's Bay is a location in the Reef of Destiny: House of Wolves.
This is where the Guardians will be docking for their missions. This location lets stock up on bounties and is the one place within the Reef that they have free access to.
Here they can talk with Petra Venj to get Wanted Bounties.
You can talk with Variks, the Loyal to collect Prison of Elders gear and other rewards.
Berg 99-40 gives access to the Tower Bounties.
