Defeat the Devil Splicer's leaders in the Wrath of the Machine Raid.
Once again, you need to run through the Wrath of the Machine Raid. This is where having the Raid Team stay together or at least coordinate this activity can be very helpful.
With each boss defeated you will get a SIVA Control Grid.
