Rise to the Challenge is a step in the quest Speed Kills in Destiny: Rise of Iron

Walkthrough

Head to the Reef and visit Variks. Get an Elder's Sigil and then either enter into the Challenge of the Elders solo. It is recommended to find a group of Guardians to run through with to make things quicker and easier.

All that is needed for this quest is to Complete a run through of the Challenge of Elders. You do not need to complete the Sigil. You just need to kill all 3 Champions inside the Challenge of Elders.
