There is 1 Dead Ghost to be found in Scablands. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Enter into the Scablands. Look for this massive wall.
Head over and through the opening in the middle. Go to the left and jump up onto the raised area there. Just look to the right and you will spot the Dead Ghost:
