There are 3 Dead Ghosts to be found in the Seraphim Vault. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
These Ghost are easily collected during Siege of the Warmind.
Ghost 1[edit]
Make your way to Bunker RAS-2 either during Siege of the Warmind or after completing it. Use that to get to the Seraphim Vault
Fight your way through to the far end of the walkway you emerge on. At the far end you will find the Dead Ghost on the ground. It sits just behind these crates on the raised platform.
Ghost 2[edit]
From the first ghost, head back into the control room for the Warmind Rasputin in the Seraphim Vault. Head down the stairs in front of the controls on the left-hand side.
Go down the stairs. You will see the Dead Ghost sitting on some piping on the left-hand wall.
Ghost 3[edit]
This ghost is well hidden and takes some jumping skill to reach. Head up the left-hand stairs to the large yellow serves arrayed around the core of Rasputin. Jump up onto the core.
Jump up onto the cables above the server tower. Turn to the main core in the room. You will want to climb all the way up to the top of the core. On the very top of the core you will find the Dead Ghost.
