There is 1 Dead Ghost to be found in Shrine of Oryx. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Head through the rolling door that is shown here:
Deal with whatever is on the other side. Go into the next room with the towers on both sides of the central path. Head over to the right-hand side of it. Go to the far end of the hall, nearby the door leading close to the Shrine of Oryx. Look on the ground to find the Dead Ghost:
