“Siege Engine” is an encounter in Wrath of the Machine.

Role/Tactics[edit]
To stop the Siege Engine there are a few things you will need to do. Just one or two of the party needs to worry about the Splicers which have been coming in. The first is have some of the team start fighting on the guns that are toward the top of the Engine.
Once the two guns on the sides have been destroyed then you will need to start shooting the exposed core in the top middle of the machine. Start blasting it away.
Once enough damage has been done, you will see a notice that the Siege Engine has suffered a Hull Breach. On the left-hand side a section of its armor will fall away. The Raid Team needs to rush over to that part and jump up onto the siege engine. Climb up to the top of the Siege Engine. Just wait for it to smash through the wall after that.
Once the machine breaks down the first wall, it will break down just a short while after there. This will present a new problem for the team that you will need to worry about. The Siege Engine is unstable now. At the far end of this area, you will see a Fallen Skiff come in and drop off a number more Splicers.
Get to the far side and quickly clear out the adds. After they have all dropped, a number of parts will drop from the Skiff. These parts are needed to repair the Siege Engine and stop it from exploding and killing the Raid Party.
These parts, the Driveshafts, need to be carried back to the Siege Engine. This will give you Encumbered. After 10 seconds, they will be Exhausted for another 10 seconds. While exhausted, they cannot carry the Driveshaft.
When you get close to the Siege Engine, be on guard because there can be a Skiff coming in above you that will drop Shock Grenades. This triggers on the approach of the team.
Those carrying the parts will not be able to get up onto the Siege Engine because of the Debuff. One or two members should rush onto the Engine and climb it up to the top. There you will find Meksis, Siege Engineer
Go up the ramp that is on the right-hand side of the Engine. While most of the team is bringing the parts to the sockets, a member or two needs to head up to the top of the Siege Engine and kill the Elite that is up there. Until they are dead, the Siege Engine is at risk.
Once up on the Siege Engine, the Drive Shafts need to be put into place. One is just inside to the right.
The Power Core goes into the second location which is on the left-hand wall in front of you.
The final part, the Engine, goes in the back, on the left-hand side of the Siege Engine.
Now, just ride the Siege Engine to the next wall. It will break through and then reach the end of this section of wall. It will teeter on the edge for a while and then fall down. Anyone on it when it falls has a very good chance of dying. Instead, run to the edge of the bridge and jump down to the small island below. Just be sure to use your jump ability appropriately to survive the fall.
