Fighting Skolas[edit]
Fighting Skolas in the Prison of Elders is very different from when you encounter him during Queen's Ransom. He has a different support system and a number of vicious tricks.
Phase 1[edit]
- Skolas Health: 100-70%
Scattered throughout the Arena are Servitors. Until you have destroyed at least one of them, Skolas will be invulnerable to damage. Destroying one of them will render Skolas vulnerable to damage for 20 seconds, as the Servitor Bonds weakened because of the Guardian's actions.
Phase 2[edit]
- Skolas Health: 70-50%
Skolas will randomly target a Guardian with the debuff: Devouring Essence. This begins a 30 second death counter. As soon as it reaches 0, the Guardian will die. Another Guardian in the party can take the Essence from you. You will be Immune to the taint for 40 seconds. During this time, you cannot take the Essence from another Guardian.
Phase 3[edit]
- Skolas Health: 50%
While during with Skolas and all his forces, you must dismantle 3 Mines that appear across the arena. While the mines appear in the same place each time, the order they appear in is randomized.
Phase 4[edit]
- Skolas Health: 50-25%
Repeat of Phase 2, with you needing to deal with Devouring Essence
Phase 5[edit]
- Skolas Health: 25-0%
