The Splicer Priest is an Elite Captain who is performing an extended SIVA ritual to spread it. They will have several SIVA Nodes around themselves.
The Splicer Priest is protected by a Void shield. The Priest has a limited range teleport it can use. When reduced to low health, they will surround themselves with a SIVA Swarm and start healing.
