Grayliks, Winter Baron is found during The Archive. He is found during the final wave of the Fallen. With all the aid he has from the Dregs, Stealth Vandals and other Vandals, this no small accomplishment with these modifiers. You have something difficult to do.
Use the multiple levels to deal with the various threats that are across the area. Work carefully to deal with the Fallen.
