There is 1 Dead Ghosts to be found in The Barrens. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.

Head into The Barrens. Get to where you can find the 2 bases. Go into the lower one, that is shown.
Head into the marked base and head into the central part of it.
