There is 1 Dead Ghost to be found in The Blighted Chalice. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
This Dead Ghost is found in the Summoning Pits at the very beginning of the Strike. It is recommended that you only thin the first wave of enemies to keep them there and prevent the rest from spawning in.
Head up the stairs to the right from the starting point of the strike. You need to climb the rock wall here to reach the top of the area.
Go to the gentle slope on the right-hand side from the stairs. Jump up onto the rock jutting out from the wall just a bit in front of you. The next one is just a bit above you to the left. Continue to climb up and to the left.
Once you have made the climb, jump out to the struts above the rest of the area.
On the side with the wall that you just climbed you will find the Dead Ghost.
