There are 3 Dead Ghosts to be found in Vestian Outpost. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
The first Dead Ghost is found above Variks of the House of Judgement.
Head to the overhang just to the left of him. Go to the lowest edge of it and jump up onto it. Climb up it until you are above Variks. You will see the Ghost there.
Ghost 2[edit]
This Dead Ghost is found between Brother Vance and the local Cryptarch:
Look below the stairs between them. You will see some steel girders suspended there. On the far end, closer to Brother Vance, you can see the Dead Ghost.
Ghost 3[edit]
This Dead Ghost is found nearby Brother Vance. Look to the right of him. You will see a bag of suspended sensors. In the bottom of it is the Dead Ghost.
Head over to that wall. Goto the right. You will see a big cylinder that you can jump onto. Do just that then jump onto the pipes that are on the wall. Hug against the wall and get over to the sensor pods. Get underneath it to get the prompt to reactivate the Dead Ghost.
