There is 1 Dead Ghost to be found in Traveler's Walk. This Dead Ghost can only be reached during Iron Banner events. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.

This is only accessible during Iron Banner events. Head into the area above the Hall of Guardians that is normally blocked off:
Head to the railing in the back portion of it. You will find the Dead Ghost sitting on the railing:
