There are 2 Dead Ghosts to be found in Valley of the Kings. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Follow this road leading through Valley of the Kings. This will take you past the massive ring structure that is sitting in the valley. Just follow the road until just after the shown sharp right.
get off your sparrow and favor the left-hand side. Hug to the cliff face. Look underneath the ledges on your level to find the Dead Ghost
Ghost 2[edit]
Once inside the Valley of the Kings, look toward the right. You will spot an outpost on the right-hand wall. That is your destination.
Get to the Outpost and jump onto its roof. Turn around and Double Jump for the cliff-face behind it. Head just to the left from where you land and look down. You will see the Dead Ghost sitting on a ledge below you.
