The “Voltage Rising” Status in Destiny.
The "Voltage Rising" status is one of many in the game of Destiny. It is unique to the Wrath of the Machine Raid.

Duration: 15 seconds
When the Guardian under the "Voltage Rising", they must finish charging or perish. Each charge will give an additional 15 seconds. If the timer reaches Zero, then the Guardian will die from the electrical exposure.
This also gives a massive boost to Agility.
If a Guardian reaches Voltage Maxed, then they are safe from the electricity.
