Amanda Holliday is a gifted mechanic who works for the Vanguard. She worked as the Shipwright for the Tower. She also helped put on the Sparrow Racing League events and gave the blueprints for the exotic shotgun, the Chaperone.
Holliday was born to a wandering group of Scavangers outside the walls of the City. She and her group made their way to the City where she took her present post.
