Walkthrough

• Through the barrier, you will find a group of Acolytes in worship.
• Just run up and attack the group here.
• Someone will need to stand on the Hive Glyph here in front of the large barrier.
• This will build up stacks of Curse of Suffering on those holding the plate.
  • If you leave the plate too long, it will trigger a party wipe!
• Everyone needs to fight the incoming Hive to clear them away and get the important ones to appear.
• You will find that a Heretical Knight will appear after a while of you fending off the Acolytes that are coming after you.
• Kill the Heretical Knight to have them drop a Void Charge.
• Have a Fireteam Member collect this and bring it to the door.
• Slam it into the Receptacle.
• You will need to do this 5 more times (6 total).
• After this, you will need to deal with a wave of Thralls, Cursed Thrall, Acolytes.
• There are 2 landings above the area between the paths where the Heretical Knights appear.
• On each of those landings, you will have a Knight with a Boomer.
• You should take some time to kill these Knights to remove them as a threat.
• You will get the message "The suffering has ended" when you've finished the encounter.
• Collect the chest before continuing.
