Walkthrough[edit]
- Time to take on the final boss of this dungeon, Captain Avarokk the Covetous.
- Within Wilhelm's Hoard, there are 3 Fallen Devices around the area.
- There will be Dregs, Vandals, and Scorch Vandal, Gunner of Avarokk.
- To set-up for damage phase, you need to kill R-M80 Loyal to Avarokk and Grispraxs, Bosun of Avarokk.
- From there, someone will need to find and kill Scorch Vandal, Gunner of Avarokk.
- With the Gunner defeated, grab the Scorch Cannon.
- Have the fireteam look for the active Fallen Device.
- Whoever has the Scorch Cannon needs to use their cannon to charge the Fallen Device like they have through the dungeon.
- There are a number of crates that will rise and drop a large number of Cursed Engrams.
- The fireteam needs to collect as many as possible and deposit the Burdened by Riches stacks into the Crystals in the central part of the arena.
- When 60 stacks have been deposited into the Crystals, then the damage phase begins.
- This will last until you see the message, Avarokk the Covetous resist temptation once more.
- That is likely followed by the message Avarokk the Covetous summons his crew.
- This will reset the enemies, bringing back R-M80 Loyal to Avarokk, and Grispraxs, Bosun of Avarokk.
- Take the time to clear out the Dregs on the sides of the arena to make your life a bit easier.
- Be sure to clear out the direct support of R-M80 Loyal to Avarokk and Grispraxs, Bosun of Avarokk.
- This will make your life a bit easier to do damage to Avarokk.
- It can be helpful to tag R-M80 Loyal to Avarokk or Grispraxs, Bosun of Avarokk with the Scorch Cannon to do some fast damage to it.
- Repeat the cycle of killing Avarokk's support, clearing the adds, and then collecting the Cursed Engrams for the Burdened by Riches to initial the next damage phase.
