- From the South, above you, the servitor you are looking for will descend from a Skiff.
- This servitor is Serkuleks, the Fount.
- It is backed up by the resident Fallen in the area initially.
- It will slowly make its way into the nearby area, Outskirts.
- Pursue it into this area.
