Don your Festival of the Lost Mask and earn Spectral Pages by completing activities throughout the system. Then explore the Haunted Sectors with Eido, and battle long-lost cryptids filled with hair-raising loot!
Objectives[edit]
Visit Eva[edit]
"I'm very excited to finally discover the truth of the Headless Ones for myself. Thank you fir acting as my guardian, Guardian!" - Eido
- Speak with Eva to claim your Festival of the Lost Mask.
- Head for the Tower.
- Once there, approach and talk with Eva Levante, accept this quest to begin everything properly and get your first mask of the event.
Equip Your Mask[edit]
"Per Glint's reporting, our first step is to accrue some Spectral Pages. Apparently donning one of these comical masks will aid us in that endeavor. THough I can't imagine how..." - Eido
- Equip a Festival Mask
- Equip the Festival of the Lost Mask onto your Guardianp
Talk to Eva[edit]
"The Book of the Forgotten is a mystery of its own. Nobody knows where it came from, or where it disappears to after the festival is over!" - Eido
- Speak with Eva Levante
- With the Mask equipped, Eva has a few things to say and she gives you a stack of Spectral Pages.
Enter a Haunted Sector[edit]
"I'm eager to encounter a Headless One myself. It's not that I don't trust Glint's report, but his story does seem ...implausible" - Eido
- Summoning Ritual Complete.
- Via the Directory with the Tower tab, you can find the Haunted Sectors Playlist
- Power: 1350
- Complete the Haunted Sector, doing as many of the rituals as possible
Manifest Spectral Pages[edit]
"So Glint's report was accurate after all. How unexpected!" - Eido
- Turn Spectral Pages into Manifested Pages by defeating at least 1 Headless One and completing the Haunted Sector.
- Manifested 2 Pages.
- This step was glitched.
- This can be a progression block, requiring numerous attempts to get through.
- (Access via Tower vs Directory?)
- Once inside a Haunted Sector (without the message: All pages manifested), you just need to defeat 2 Headless Ones.
Visit Eva[edit]
"I intend to make a more rigorous examination of these Headless Ones than Glint did. His scholarship was... a bit haphazard. My next stop is the Cryptarchy archives." - Eido
- The energy unleashed by defeating Headless Ones will turn your Spectral Pages into Manifested Pages. One Spectral Page is Manifested for each Headless One defeated. Add Manifested Pages to the Book of the Forgotten in the Tower Courtyard.
- Return to Eva to learn more about your Manifested Pages.
- Visited Eva in the Tower.
- Just return to Eva Levante and talk with her to learn about using the Manifested Pages.
Add Pages[edit]
"Your Cryptarchs are certainly strange, but they have many useful resources from before your Golden Age! I'll put the relevant findings into the Book of the Forgotten." - Eido
- Add your manifested pages into the Book of the Forgotten
- The Book is nearby Eva, found just before reaching the Tower access to the Haunted Sector Playlist.
Speak with Eva[edit]
"There's much more in the Cryptarchy's archives than I could have imagined. We'll eed more than just a few pages in the Book of the Forgotten to documentit all!" - Eido
- Speak with Eva in the Tower.
- Explore Haunted Sectors with Eido and battle long-lost Cryptids filled with hair-raising loot! Visit with Eva throughout the Festival to claim Event Challenges, don new Festival Masks, and claim frightfully delightful treats.
- Eva will direct you toward your Event Card.
Claim Challenge Win[edit]
"You Guardians are so ambitious -- it makes me nervous. The same goes for that adorable Eido. But as long as you insist on crawling around in those creepy caves, let these challenges guide your exploration!" - Eva Levante
- Claim your first Event Challenge in the Event Card located on Eva, or in the Quest section of your Director.
- Access your Event Card, and claim the "Cryptozoologist" challenge from the card.
Speak to Eva to Claim Rewards[edit]
"The Festival of the Lost is a strange custom to me, but I do enjoy the camaraderie it brings to the Tower. Even the Cryptarchs are in good moods! It's not all about fun, however. There's still research to be done!" - Eido
