There are only 2 Hidden Chests inside the mission, Operation: Seraph's Shield.

Description

• These can only be found once in the mission each week per account.
• It will take multiple weeks to complete any objective to collecting more than 2.

The Chests

Hidden Chest - The Drones (Engineering Sector - Entrance)

• These drones can appear in a number of locations, but they will always be in a place that you can reach with you have the Scanner Augmentation
  • The order could be randomized, use these are markers for the locations of the drones.
• This set can be found after you ascend into the Destiny 2: Geosynchronous Orbit|Geosynchronous Station]] into the Engineering Sector.
• When you arrive, with the Scanner Augmentation, you will need to find and destroy the Drones here in the right order.
• Start with the drone that is scanning the boxes nearby the door to the next room, destroy that one.
• Next, move to the center of the room, where there are likely a few drones.
• One of them will be glowing, which is your target.
• The other one is likely you next target.
• Both of these drones are very mobile, so it can take a few shots.
• Look to the left-hand side of the room, opposite the door to the next.
• There are some markings on the wall that a Drone is likely scanning, and this drone is your target right now.
• After that, just head through the rest of the mission as normal.
• At the end, before uploading the virus, head into the now-open doorway with the drone by it.
• Open the chest inside to claim your rewards.

Hidden Chest - Drones (Engineering Sector - Blue Lit Room with Turrets)

• These drones can be found while you are Reaching the Decontamination Chamber.
  • The order could be randomized, use these are markers for the locations of the drones.
• Take the time to clear out the Turrets first for safety because of their rapid fire and high damage.
• Just inside room from the entrance, look over to the left.
• There is a stationary drone scanning the wall that you will want to destroy to begin.
• Next, look to the central column.
• There is a drone circling around it that is likely your next target.
• Climb up to the top after that.
• Look around nearby the column to spot the next Drone, which is circling nearby the exit of this room.
• Look to the left-hand side of the exit door.
• You'll see a stationary drone next to the door.
• When the drone have been destroyed in the proper order, you will get the message, "Drones: Disable // Security Doors: Opened (Warsat Command Nexus)

Hidden Chest - Engineering Sector

• This Hidden Chest is found in while you need to Use the Operator Augmentation to get through, just after you have cleared out the pair of Shriekers that are through the doorway.
• Straight across the room to the door behind the large console.
• Head down the stairs to the defensive laser grid in front of you.
• If you have the Tactical Armor Augmentation, you can walk through the laser, talking about 25% health damage per beam.
• Once through the laser, turn to the right and head to the end of the short hallway in front of you.
• You'll find the chest just in front of you.

Hidden Chest - The Drones (Logistics Sector)

• This requires the Scanner augmentation to complete, the perspective is with space behind you.
  • The order could be randomized, use these are markers for the locations of the drones.
• These Drones are found just after you complete the space walk.
• Take some time to clear out the Hive in this area so you can move about freely.
• Inside the Logistics Sector, there is a chance you can find Drones.
• Search the room to find the yellow highlighted one.
• Start by going to the end of the turbine closest to where you entered from space.
• On the right-hand side you can see a Drone working on a side of the tubing next to the base of the turbine.
• Blast this one to begin.
• Next, look to the ceiling on the left-hand side, between the dock entrance and the turbine.
• Along the tube on the ceiling you are likely to spot the next Drone you need to destroy in the sequence.
• Look back toward the entrance of the hangar now.
• There is a floating drone, moving about on the left-hand side you will want to find.
• Go to the end of the turbine closest to the door.
• Look at the cap of the turbine to find the next drone.
• The sequence is complete when you get the message: "Drones: Disable // Security Doors: Opened (Warsat Command Nexus)
• So, go ahead and get to the end of the Operation.
• Just before uploading the Virus, look for the door with the Drone at its control panel.
• If you've destroyed the drones, it will be open.
• Go inside and open the chests to claim the rewards.
