Journal of the Reef Cryptharch is a quest step in Destiny 2.

Part of the The Lost Cryptarch Quest.

Description[edit]

"Amanada Holliday gave you the journal of Master Ives, but it's empty. The lost pages are found scattered across the decryption algorithms of Legendary and Exotic engrams, and in the possession of challenging Fallen enemies in the EDZ."

Objectives[edit]

  • Collect the 10 missing Journal pages.
  • Defeat Challenging Fallen enemies in the EDZ or collect and decrypt Legendary or Exotic engrams.


Walkthrough[edit]

  • Head into the EDZ to makes things easy for yourself.
  • Engage in the Public Events featuring the Fallen to make things easy.
  • You can go to the Cryptarch and buy 10 engrams as well.
  • The Cryptarch will charge 25 Legendary Shards for each engram.
    • You can also redeem points for faction rewards that will count?
  • Once this is completed, you will need to wait for Amanda Holliday's people to break the encryption on the pages.
