Obfuscation is a quest step in Destiny 2: Beyond Light.

Part of the Restless Slumber Quest.

Activate the Blind Well and defeat the foes drawn to the engine.

Start by visiting Petra Venj and pick up the Charges that she offers.
This is just in case there are no other Guardians around.
From there, head to the Divalian Mists and go into the building at the top of the hill in the area.
Once there, head through the doorway, run along the hallway, and then take the stairs upward to reach the Blind Well itself.
You will need to complete a run of the Blind Well.
Insert a charge into the hourglass structure in the middle of the room to begin the Blind Well Run.
If Solo, only go for Tier 1.
If there are multiple Guardians, go for Tiers 2-3.
