- Travel to the Moon and use the Sanctuary landing Zone.
- Once there, make your way to the Northeast and travel out to Anchor of Light.
- Head along the path toward it and through to the main central area.
- There are 2 large buildings in the middle.
- Go to the building on the right.
- Get inside and look around the inside wall.
- You will find the cache sitting there.
