- With the IKELOS weapon equipped, you need to defeat yellow bar enemies.
- The Escalation Protocol will offer a great source of these foes a short ways in.
- Once again, Public Events are key to getting plenty of these kills quickly.
- Lost Sectors are also very useful for finding Major level enemies.
