• Energy weapons deal elemental damage. Arc element weapons can be identified by selecting them in your character screen and looking for the [Arc] symbol

• Go into any patrol area and begin using an Arc energy or heavy weapon.

• Speak to Ikora Rey in the Tower.

• Make your way back to the Tower and then over to the Bazaar.
• There, you can find Ikora Rey.
• Just approach and talk with her to complete this mission.
