Chest 1 - Nexus Access

[ Secret Chest 1 Week 1 - Encore Overture Video Walkthrough]

• This chest is found in the first purple lit room, having dropped down into it from the jumping puzzle.
• Once you've made it into this section of the Planetary Core, you will need to make your way to the smaller path to the left that isn't illuminated.
• Going down this short path will lead you to a Conflux you can interact with (having completed Specimen NES007).
• Wait for the message //SIMULATION SYNCH INITIATED.
• You now need to spot the Conflux that has a glow at the base of it.
• Repeat this 3 more times.
• It will be revealed you are now in the Ancillary Transit Nexus.
• Once more, a number of Confluxes will appear around the room, this time above the inactive Vex Gates.
• Shoot the Conflux that has a the glowing mote below it.
• Destroying this second set of Confluxes will reveal the first Secret Chest in the middle of the room.

Chest 2 - Vector Extension

• This Secret Chest is found within the Planetary Core when you've gotten the first yellow vex module: PARTITION.
• Jump up onto the dais and insert the Vex Module PARTITION to open the wall, possibly leading you toward a Planetary Piston with a number of Radiolite samples around it.
• Interact with the Pillar Conflux and wait a moment.
• A Vex gate will open over to the right, opposite the Plantery Piston if its there.
• This will lead you back to the Ancillary Transit Nexus, but there is an Active portal over to the left.
• Go into the portal to be brought back toward the beginning of the Exotic Mission.
• You will have 90 seconds to complete this challenge to get the secret chest.
  • If you fail, you will need to restart this challenge.
• You need to find and activate the Vex Fragments that are scattered around by shooting them.
• Facing the Initial Tower Conflux head on, go over to the right, toward the tree.
• Get to the base of the tree and look to the right-hand side.
• Look just behind the roots here to find the Fragment that you need to destroy.
• Head toward the steps that lead to the upward slope walkway.
• Jump up the steps and look to the stone on the right.
• Sitting on the right-hand edge is the Vex Fragment you will need to destroy.
• Now, head to the front of the Radiolaria pool.
• Look to the stone pillars just past it and to the top on the right-hand side, the same as the Pool.
• Toward the top you can spot the Vex Fragment.
• Continue on to the right along this slope and over to the small plateau.
• Look from the Plateau, staying on the right-hand edge, toward the large tree.
• Toward the right-hand side you can spot the next Vex Fragment that needs to be shot.
• Now, go forward and to the right, around the large tree.
• Get in front of the Vex Gate that you went through and look over to the right to the stone structure nearby the front tree.
• Look to the top of the stone structure to find the next Vex Fragment that needs to be shot.
• With that fragment shot, that will complete the challenge here.
• This will unlock Command Frame II for Choir of One.

Chest 3 - Gate Keeper

• This chest can be found as you make your way toward the final boss, having made your way into the Ishtar Research Facility.
• Go to the Tower Conflux and interact with it.
• The Vex Gate just past it will activate, so head on through it.
• This will bring you through to the Ancillary Transit Nexus
• Head across the Ancillary Transit Nexus and into the active Vex Gate.
• This will bring you through to the Aberrant Code Containment.
• Here, you will find a Vex Module: ACCESS by the entrance and you will need to use that to progress through the puzzle.
• There is a Beam going along the ceiling that will show the connection that entering the portal with the Vex Module: ACCESS will create.
• Your goal is to build the same line map using the Modules inside the portals.
• Once started, you will have up to 60 seconds to complete the process.
• There will also be a number of Choral Fanatics appearing to attack you (and blow you up).
• Getting close to done, you will need to worry about a Choral Wyvern added in (just ignore them).
