Enter the Locked Area is a mission objective in Cult of Personality in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
Walkthrough[edit]
Head to the alley to the West of the Svobody Bar. Go to the manhole cover beyond it. Take the ladder down into the sewers.
Turn to the North and follow the hallway to the West. Turn to the North, ducking through the small tube and follow it to the North.
At the Northern end of this tunnel you will find Viznik. Talk with him to learn about what is going on inside this locked area. Reassure him and then tell him you will accept.
Go over to the Keycard Reader. Interact with it and then go through the hallway to the next door. Go forward through the door to trigger a cutscene to introduce Richard.
Talking with Richard, you will have a few choices. You can choose the options aside from "Indulge", but Richard will somehow stop you before you get too far into the statements. After that, he will ask you to not jeopardize what he has built. Respond as you will choose. After that, you will regain control.
