Get the Calibrator is a mission objective in The Calibrator in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
Walkthrough[edit]
Vaclav Koller tells Adam that he can find Otar Botkoveli in an underground casino in the Cista district. Head out of the Time Machine using the back door. From there, just head to the local Metro station and travel to the proper district.
Once there, head out of the metro station and to the right of the Tube house. Go through the first archway on the left after that.
Turn to the Southeast and head down the street there, going past TubeHouse Electronics. Turn to the left after that and jump over the wall there.
This leads to a courtyard with the manhole that you need to find the casino with Otar.
Go down the ladder (or use the Icarus Landing System for a quick descent). At the base, turn to the South and head on through the doorway there. Go up to the door and open it to trigger a cutscene. This starts the conversation with Otar Botkoveli.
Talking with Otar you will want to choose: Straight Talk, Straight Talk and Dodge. Accept the deal and then go upstairs to claim your calibrator. Jensen will call Koller only ot learn he is busy with a house call. You will complete the quest.
