Install the Signal Scramblers is a mission objective in Cult of Personality in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
Walkthrough[edit]
Once you are back in the compound, head forward and to the right. You will see a ladder leading upwards. This will take you to where you will be able to access the emitters that you need to put the scramblers on.
Going upstairs will disrupt the transmission from Richard. Immediately duck underneath the camera sweeping the area. Wait for it to look away from the Southwest corner. Once it does, that is your chance to make it to the crates nearby there and the corner beyond them.
Take cover against the wall nearby the crates and then move up to the edge.Look up along it to find the first Emitter you need to shut down. Just interact with the Emitter and the scrambler will be installed. Just two more to go.
There are a few ways to get to the next Emitter. This can be reached either by using EMP rounds to disable the turret or the Invisibility augment to slip past it very quickly. You can also head to the Southern wall and turn West. With a high enough jump you can bypass the security camera.
Make your way to the East from the second emitter. Dodge around the security camera and place the final scrambler.
