This trophy is found at the end of mission 7, The Rucker Extraction. Head through the mission to this point. Head down the slope just 2 levels then turn to the right.
You need to get an enemy to shoot a cucumber. They are found all over the place toward the end of mission 7. Go to the right and take cover behind the large wooden crate on either end.
Now, just wait for your enemies to shoot the cucumbers behind you to get the trophy/achievement.
