This achievement is available as soon as you get back from Dubai and the mission Black Market Buy. This mission ties directly to the side mission: The Calibrator and must be completed without Koller asking Adam Jensen to bring him the Neuroplasticity Calibrator.
Head to the North and enter the train station. Go to one of the train screens and interact with it. Use it to go to Palisade Station.
Turn to the Southeast and head down the street there, going past TubeHouse Electronics. Turn to the left after that and jump over the wall there.
This leads to a small courtyard where you will find the entrance to the sewers. Head to the Eastern side and look on the ground to find the manhole cover.
Open it up and then take the ladder down into the sewers themselves. There at least 2 paths forward so this is just one way to do this section of the game. Head West from the base of the ladder and then turn toward North and go forward. Turn left in the next hallway. There is a gate blocking your way and a keypad to the right of it. You can hack it without too much trouble. Open the gate and continue forward from there.
Just past the gate, as you are exiting the tunnel you are in, there is a security camera. You need to stay out of sight of it. So move carefully beneath its area of vision. Head to the left, toward the open gate.
In the lower area, there is a thug patrolling. Once you are clear of the camera, use Smart Vision to find and mark the nearby thugs that are patrolling the area. There is one in the same lower area as Jensen. Wait for him to come by and perform a take down on him.
Now, look to the South and upwards a bit. You will see a staircase and 2 more thugs. One is patrolling between the upper area and lower area. Go to the base of the stairs and perform a take down on him when he moves into range or heads up the stairs.
Head up the remaining stairs to the next level. Go toward the South and take cover behind the desk there. You will see a barred area with an open gate to the East. This is where you want to go. There is one more thug patrolling in the area.
Wait for the Thug in here to be interacting with the laptop on the desk. Sneak up behind him and perform a take down.
Turn to the North and go to the opposite end of the room. By the cases, on the right-hand wall, you will find a keypad that you can hack. Do so to get access to the local safe. Unlock the safe.
Exit the terminal and turn just to the left. You will find the safe there. Interact with it to get the Neuroplasticity Calibrator that Koller wants. With the Calibrator in hand, it is time to head back outside. Retrace your steps and exit the sewers.
Back on the surface, return to the subway station. This time, go to Capek Fountain Station.
Once there, it is time to get into the Bookstore with Koller who is having trouble with some thugs. Head to the Northwest out of the subway station to start. Go through the Northern archway from the plaza connected to the subway station.
There are guards blocking the way forward so you cannot go through the front door. Instead, head to the North a bit. You will see a larger vehicle (a mobile rising platform) that you can jump on to. Climb up on it, turn to the right and then climb up onto the nearby wall.
Go across the top of the archway to the East and head for the doorway of the pink building in front of you with some careful jumping.
Go through the door in the pink building and go to the vent to the right in the Southern wall. Open it up and go inside it. Drop down, crouch, and turn to the Southeast. Go forward into the vent itself and then turn to the West.
Take it to the end. Look to the left to find another Vent cover to open.
This will bring you back out onto the rooftops. The book store is in front of you but where you are after is on the second floor. Time for a more direct approach. Head across the rooftops to the South and then over to the East. This will bring you to a dead end with some scaffolding on the Southern side of the street.
Climb up the scaffolding and head along the tan building's ledge to the first window you can open on the left.
There is one Thug just inside you will need to worry about because they are patrolling. The other tends to be busy shooting at something (you can still get a take down on them though). Deal with the thug and then head to the South.
Duck under the tilted bookcase and then jump over the fallen bookcase past it.
Turn to the right and go through the door there. This will lead you to Koller's office. He will contact you and ask if you remember which book allows you access to the proper office.
To get there, simply go to the Southern wall of the office. Look on the right-hand bookcase and you see a single red book is highlighted. Interact with it to reveal the secret passage behind the bookcase. Go to elevator call button and use it. Get into the elevator and tell it to go to the Workshop.
When the elevator stops, head go forward and through the doorway in front of you. You will then meet with Koller. He will explain about the experimental augmentations that are in Jensen's system.
Talk with him and he will that the only way the experimental augments will stop overclocking Jensen's system is with the Neuroplasticity Calibrator. You will have the option to give it to Koller. Do so to get the trophy/achievement.
