A brilliant scientist who graduated from college in Russia. He got his masters in the US. He was known, to some degree, for not liking having his methods questioned. There were timed he plainly did not care about the welfare of his patients or the state the augmentations were in.
He was hired on by Tai Young Medical after he was not hired by Sarif Industries.
After the Aug Incident, he was stationed in 451, an Alaskan Facility under an assumed named. It appears that Orlov was somewhat involved in the Experimental Augmentations that were installed within Adam Jensen.
It appears that Orlov was working, to some degree, for the Illuminati. Still, it appears when Sarif started asking questions, that made him expendable.
