Validate the Permits is a mission objective in The Golden Ticket in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
Walkthrough[edit]
Head out of the Registary Office. Approach and try to get inside the Office. The officer will tell you that the office is always closed. Without High Jump, you will need to disable the nearby office and then break into the office. Deal with the second officer inside and then rush toward the mark.
Head around the corner to the Southwest. Climb up onto the van against the side of the office. Go to the left-hand edge and look up. You will see a vent cover you open. Do so and then high jump in.
Using the vent, go to the very end of it. Open the cover and be mindful of the nearby camera. Drop down into the office while the camera is looking away. Slip over to the computer and hack it. It has a Security Rating of 1, making it very accessible. Turn off the Cameras and then activate the Permit Station.
With the Permit Station activated you will want to go over to it.
There is a timer that is active. You will have 10 seconds after activating the system and talking with Milena to choose to help either Edward or Irenka. Choose one. You will meet the other again later on in a different side mission.
Head on out of the building after that as you talk with Milena. By the end of the conversation, the mission is over.
