Unholy Thrall is an enemy in Diablo 3
Description[edit]
Unholy Thralls are humans transformed into demons by the Dark Cultist. Having been chanting and impaled with spikes and blades, they transform into a Demon.
In their human form, the Dark Vessel, you can see 3 spikes coming out of their back. They hold a staff they thump into the ground. If the ritual is completed then they will transform. They gain a lot more health and fully heal from any inflicted damage.
