Where to find Piero's Workshop Key[edit]
Piero's Workshop, climb the stairs to where Piero's bedroom is, and go to table near the window. On the desk there is a posted labled "Whale Oil Tax" and on that pamphlet is the Piero's Workshop Key.
Note: You do not need this key when you first have to meet Piero. You can just go around the building and you can enter the workshop from the other side.
